Existing player bonuses are promotions available after an account has been opened, including reloads, loyalty rewards, selected free spins and cashback. Compare the published programmes below, then check the offers actually available to your account. Being registered does not mean every returning-player reward is automatically claimable.

What counts as an existing-player offer?
A returning-player promotion is defined by its eligibility conditions. It may depend on a previous deposit, an account tier, a particular invitation or activity within a stated period. Simply possessing a login does not settle those questions.
Repeat promotions
A reload, weekly coupon or scheduled spin allocation can be available again under stated claim limits. Check each occurrence’s conditions.
Earned rewards
Comp points or loyalty benefits depend on the programme’s earning and redemption rules. They are different from a first-deposit match.
Selected invitations
An inbox or email offer may be intended for one account. Its appearance in another customer’s message does not make it transferable.
Our welcome bonus page covers introductory deposit offers separately. Do not assume a welcome coupon becomes a repeat reward just because the same code can still be found online.
Find the offers assigned to your account
Check the promotions area, coupon list and account inbox before making a new payment. Compare the displayed offer with any email invitation, including its date, claim window and account restrictions.
A public promotions page can advertise several categories at once. Read which ones apply to a returning customer and which still require a first deposit or another condition. If your account displays a different amount, ask which version controls the claim.
Check whether you need to opt in, select a coupon or contact support before activation. Keep the confirmation and important terms together so a later balance query can be traced to the actual offer.
If nothing is available, that does not establish a technical fault or an entitlement to a replacement bonus. Ask about eligibility without assuming that another payment will unlock a reward.
Read reload and repeat-deposit conditions
A reload adds promotional credit to a further qualifying payment. Establish the minimum deposit, percentage, maximum award and permitted payment methods for that specific claim. A previous successful reload does not prove the next one has identical terms.
Check whether the code can be used once, once per period or a stated number of times. A repeatable offer can still require a fresh qualifying transaction for each redemption. Several small payments should not automatically be treated as one qualifying deposit.
Compare the resulting award using the amount you had already planned to spend. A larger advertised cap does not by itself improve a smaller deposit’s match. The separate reload bonus guide covers the calculation and activation sequence.
Before another claim, check whether existing promotional funds or a pending coupon must be resolved. Do not stack offers merely because the cashier permits another payment.
Check scheduled spins and weekly coupons
Fair Go’s published Fun Monday promotion uses FUNMON for 25 Monday spins after at least one deposit between Saturday and Monday. The listed featured games are Hyper Wins, Mermaid Pearls and Mega Monster. Read the live offer’s remaining conditions and account eligibility.
A scheduled reward needs several dates kept separate: the qualifying activity period, claim window, spin-release time and any expiry. Check the operator’s time zone rather than assuming the same local midnight governs every stage.
Confirm the actual credited game and spin count before use. A package being described as weekly does not establish automatic delivery or permission to claim it more than once in that week.
These rounds can follow an earlier payment, so they should not be described as an unconditional no-deposit spin offer. “Free spins” alone does not explain the qualification process.
Understand loyalty levels and selected benefits
Ozwin’s published loyalty page lists daily bonuses and tier-related cashback, with a personal VIP host at level 5, Absolute legend. It also states that management may withhold bonus offers in individual cases. The public page does not establish an individual customer’s qualification threshold.
Check your current tier and the benefits actually assigned to it. Do not infer an upgrade from a balance, a particular deposit or the amount wagered unless the programme publishes that requirement.
Ask whether an invitation is ongoing, restricted to a period or subject to review. A description such as priority support does not establish a guaranteed withdrawal speed or an exception to verification rules.
A higher tier also does not make every coupon available. Read recipient restrictions and keep promotional eligibility separate from the account’s general membership status.
Read comp-point earning and redemption together
Slots Plus publishes a redemption minimum of 100 points and maximum of 5,000 points per transaction. Its rules require a real-money balance below $1 for redemption, apply at least 10x wagering to redeemed funds and cap withdrawals at 20 times the redeemed value.
Those conditions matter alongside the earning rate in the table. Under that published conversion, 300 eligible points represent $3 of redemption value. Applying the stated minimum 10x requirement to $3 gives $30 of qualifying wagering; it does not make $3 immediately withdrawable.
Slots Plus excludes free-bonus funds and free-spin coupons from comp accumulation. Check eligible games and the account’s posted point history rather than assuming every displayed stake earns points.
Do not confuse a point balance, its redemption value and cashout eligibility. Programme terms can also restrict how redeemed credit combines with an existing balance. Check the current conditions before converting it.
Check how returning-player cashback is calculated
Fair Go advertises 25% instant cashback on qualifying busted deposits of at least $10 made without a deposit bonus, and 30% weekend cashback under its stated Saturday and Sunday conditions. Its page directs customers to support to claim. Full promotional terms still apply.
Identify the actual base: a qualifying deposit, defined net losses or another programme measure. Check whether earlier bonuses, withdrawals, excluded games or the claim period affect that amount. A percentage cannot be applied correctly until its base is known.
Cashback reduces a defined loss; it does not erase it
For a hypothetical offer paying 10% of $200 in eligible net losses, the calculated award is $20. Even if paid as unrestricted cash, the remaining net loss would be $180. Promotional-credit cashback may carry further conditions before withdrawal.
Read the cashback guide for claim periods, caps and credit treatment. Do not assume a daily claim and a weekend claim can both be applied to the same activity.
Check active balances before taking another reward
Review cash funds, promotional funds, pending withdrawals and any active coupon. A returning player is more likely to have an existing account state that needs considering than a completely new registration.
Read whether a new claim cancels, replaces or conflicts with the current promotion. Ask how any remaining wagering is affected. A button allowing redemption does not prove all combinations are permitted.
If the current offer is not wanted, clarify cancellation before play. Ask what happens to your deposited money, original bonus and associated winnings, rather than assuming only one visible credit will be removed.
Keep a pending withdrawal separate from the decision to accept another promotion. Do not reverse a cashout merely because an unclear account message mentions a bonus; ask which condition the message refers to.
Follow the claim order and record the deadlines
- Identify the account offer. Match its name, coupon or invitation to the reward you intend to use.
- Read qualification rules. Check previous activity, payment method, minimum amount and claim frequency.
- Resolve conflicting promotions. Clarify any playable balance, pending coupon or payout condition.
- Follow the activation instructions. Complete the required opt-in or coupon step before any qualifying payment where specified.
- Check the credited reward. Record its amount, game, expiry and applicable wagering.
A notification being sent on one date does not establish the deadline for every later stage. Check the operator’s displayed clock. Our bonus-code guide explains how to separate code acceptance from award crediting.
Read wagering and cashout rules on every claim
A recurring promotion can change its terms between claims. Identify the wagering base, multiplier, game contribution and maximum stake from the currently accepted offer. Do not rely only on what applied during an earlier session.
For a hypothetical $15 reload with 20x wagering on bonus credit, qualifying stakes total $300. If the requirement instead includes a $30 deposit as well, 20x the $45 combined amount is $900. The two calculations describe different obligations despite sharing a multiplier.
Check promotional cashout caps separately from payment-method limits and account verification. Completing a wagering counter does not establish that every withdrawal condition is satisfied.
The wagering calculator, bonus terms guide and withdrawal limits guide cover these distinctions. No calculation predicts the balance that will remain after play.
If a returning-player reward is missing or different
Compare the invitation with your account’s promotion history, qualifying activity and credited wallet. For missing spins, check the named game’s promotional entry point and any documented release schedule.
Give support the offer name, coupon, claim time and actual message. Ask whether the issue concerns eligibility, activation, qualifying activity, crediting or an expired window. These require different explanations.
If a loyalty benefit changed, ask which tier and terms currently apply. If a recipient offer was withdrawn, an old screenshot alone does not prove it remains available for a new claim.
Do not create a duplicate account or send an unsolicited payment to resolve the issue. Share only necessary information through the official account process. The verification guide covers documentation questions.
Keep rewards separate from a decision to spend
Assess a reward against play you had already intended, including its time commitment and withdrawal conditions. A higher cashback tier, points target or deadline is not a reason to increase spending or chase a previous loss.
The ACMA identifies online pokies and casino-style services offered to Australians as illegal online gambling services. Existing membership or a loyalty invitation does not establish Australian authorisation or equivalent local protection.

Existing player bonus questions
Does having an account guarantee an existing-player bonus?
No. Check the offer's account eligibility, previous activity, claim frequency and invitation conditions. Registration alone does not establish a right to a reload, free spins or cashback. The reward actually assigned to the account can differ from a general public promotion or another customer's offer.
Can I use a welcome code again as a returning player?
Only if the current conditions expressly permit that account and repeat claim. A welcome coupon remaining visible online does not reset first-deposit eligibility. Check the available account offers and previous redemption history rather than assuming another payment or a new registration will make the same code valid again.
Are weekly free spins always awarded without a deposit?
No. A scheduled spin reward may depend on earlier qualifying activity. Fair Go's published Fun Monday example requires a deposit within its stated Saturday-to-Monday period. Check the actual qualification, claim window, game and winnings terms instead of treating the words free spins as a complete eligibility description.
Can I combine a reload, cashback and comp redemption?
Do not assume they can be combined. Read each programme's rules about active bonuses, existing funds, qualifying activity and pending withdrawals. Ask which offer takes precedence before activating another one. A successful account action does not by itself prove the combined use complies with all applicable conditions.
Do loyalty levels guarantee faster withdrawals?
A published support benefit or VIP-host description does not establish a payout guarantee. Check any actual withdrawal service commitment separately from tier benefits, account verification and payment-method limits. Do not infer a promised processing time or an exception to checks from membership status alone.
Is a comp-point redemption the same as withdrawable cash?
Not automatically. The point conversion gives a redemption value, while the programme may impose balance conditions, further wagering and cashout restrictions. Check the credited funds and the rules governing them. A point balance, promotional-credit amount and eligible withdrawal can therefore represent three different stages of the reward.
